Located in Baugé-en-Anjou, the Ancien Moulin holiday home is a former 180 m² mill set beside a small pond, in the heart of 2 hectares of greenery surrounded by poplars. The property accommodates up to 6 guests in 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. For optimal comfort, it is ideally suited for 4 to 5 people. On the ground floor, you will find a 50 m² living room with fireplace, a 25 m² kitchen and dining area, and a 25 m² bedroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a mezzanine, and the bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include 3 double beds (140x190) and 3 single beds (90x190). The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker. You also have a satellite TV, washing machine, and step-free indoor access. Outside, enjoy the private flower garden and the uncovered terrace, furnished with a parasol and armchairs. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals. A rowboat is provided for use on the pond. The setting offers a bucolic atmosphere with aquatic wildlife, dragonflies, kingfishers, frogs, and ducks. Only children who can swim are accepted due to the proximity of the pond.
